My optometrist gave me an ophthalmologist referral for glaucoma suspect. I am from San Jose and could not find any glaucoma specialist available. I did some online research and found this practice covered by my insurance. Was able to get an appointment scheduled for one month later. The doctor ran some eye pressure tests and explained glaucoma can occur even with normal eye pressure and it is important to diagnose early. Doctor says more testing is needed for final diagnosis. Scheduled for another set of testing in March. Overall, process was smooth and doctor is competent and courteous.

Dr. Nguyen was able to quickly diagnose a retinal tear and referred me to retinal specialist for surgery - and helped me make an appointment the same day.

Dr. Christine Nguyen is the best optomologist. She found out exactly what my condition was and precribed the correct medication for me. She also patiently discussed treatment options including the cost effective medication. Within a day, I could see huge improvement in my affected eye. Her staff, Trina, is very kind and helpful. She knew my condition was serious and called me immediately when someone cancelled the appoinment so that I could see Dr. Nguyen ASAP. Dr. Christine Nguyen and Trina treat the patients as if we are their family members. I will ask all my family members to come here whenever we have eyes problems.

I hope the next office visit, I would like to have more chances to talk to the doctor directly because this time she was in hurry and left the office without explained my eye’s problems. The front desk, Trina explained everything about my eyes examination very thorough, she’s exceptional and I’m 100% satisfied with her service. The waiting’s time is excellent

Friendly staff and caring doctor. They sent me an appointment reminder a day before my appointment and the day of. I thought I had a problem with my eyes, but after doing an eye exam, the doctor told me I was fine, that it's dry eye. She gave me a sample of Refresh eyedrops to try and said I can buy them at the store. There was no sales pitch to get me to buy a product I didn't need. I highly recommend this practice.
